Tracy Jansen, SPHR is the Chief Executive Officer of GIG Consulting Solutions (GIGCS, LLC), an executive search firm specialized in serving the post-acute industry. She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Signature HealthCare, Consulate Healthcare and Golden Living and has been an active member of the Post-Acute Executive HR Roundtable throughout her career.

She is a purpose driven, faith forward, passionate, solution focused executive with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. She brings extensive experience in the post-acute industry in the areas of strategic planning, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, total rewards, learning and development, and labor relations to her role.
