Terms & Conditions
Sponsors & Exhibitors are approved by the Post-Acute Executive HR Roundtable’s Advisory Council. Selected presenting sponsors will share their presenting slide material 2-3 weeks before the event with the executive team via virtual meeting. A PPT Template will be provided & you can co-brand with your logo. We request that due to the intimate nature of our group you limit your sponsorship attendees to two people. If payment in full is not received by payment deadline we reserve the right to release for resale. NO REFUNDS will be made for sponsors cancelled after payment is received. The Roundtable reserves the right to share your presenting materials & photos taken within its members only app and website.
