The Post-Acute Executive HR Roundtable is a member-driven group of Executive HR professionals who share best practices, practical value-added strategies, and technology-based solutions for HR challenges specific to the post-acute care continuum. The Roundtable meets semi-annually in person and Roundtable organizers facilitate Member interaction and information sharing in between Roundtable meetings, including using a proprietary, best-in-class Post-Acute Executive HR Roundtable App.

An Advisory Council comprised of Members, determine the Roundtable’s meeting location, agenda, and vendor selection. The Advisory Council Members can be found on the Advisory Council page.


The Roundtable’s mission is to expand Executive HR leadership proficiency and value-add throughout the Post-Acute Care Continuum by providing access to a national network of peers, for exploration of best practices, real-time information sharing, and vendor management.


Enhance the value-add of Executive HR professionals in the post-acute care continuum through the Roundtable’s shared knowledge, depth, and expertise through providing quality content and leveraging technology.

Our Members

Roundtable Membership has no cost and is limited to Executive decision-makers in mid to larger companies in the post-acute field.   Prospective Members may apply through the Membership Inquiry.  Questions regarding Membership or vendor participation with the Roundtable may be directed to Roundtable organizers through our Contact page.
