The Roundtable is an intimate setting allowing sponsors and vendors quality time with prospects.

• Presenting Sponsors receive a reserved speaking time on the agenda to share a 30-minute presentation and 15 minute Q & A session AND a reserved table in the Exhibitor Room for one-on-one meetings and demonstrations.
• Exhibitors receive a reserved table in the Exhibitor Room with 6 chairs to host individual meetings or demonstrations.
• Customized Sponsor opportunities may be available for an additional fee and can include meal, excursion or happy hour sponsorships if desired.
