Record Attendance, Inspiring Insights, and Unforgettable Connections!
The 2025 Post-Acute HR Fall Roundtable in Savannah was our biggest and best yet, with record-breaking attendance and contagious enthusiasm from members and vendor partners alike! The week teed off in style with a scenic golf outing sponsored by Vibra Staffing, while others soaked up Savannah’s charm on the Old Town Trolley tour sponsored by Empyrean Connect. The excitement continued into the evening at the Welcome Reception hosted by BenefitsMe, where laughter, reconnecting with familiar faces, and a few new friendships set the perfect tone for the days ahead.
One of the most memorable moments of the Roundtable came during Mark Parkinson’s keynote session, where his engaging stories and powerful insights on leadership, long-term care innovation, and the future of healthcare left the audience both inspired and energized. The excitement continued as members lined up for his book signing, turning the session into a lively exchange of ideas and personal connections. In true Signature spirit, the group also came together to give back — raising $453.75 for Tharros Place, a local Savannah nonprofit dedicated to empowering and supporting young women in need.
Wednesday’s sessions delivered powerful takeaways, starting with a delicious breakfast sponsored by Imagine360 and wrapping up with a lively happy hour courtesy of Smartlinx Solutions. A highlight of the day was the inspiring Care Heroes presentation, showcasing innovative ways to recognize and reward the incredible individuals driving quality care across the industry. Attendees also dove into deep, forward-thinking discussions on how AI and analytics are transforming HR — from optimizing recruitment to enhancing employee engagement and well-being — with key insights from S3 Management Group. The exploration of how technology can drive smarter, more human-centered workplaces was one of the most talked-about themes of the event.
