Big Energy, Bold Conversations, and a Little Creole Flavor!

The 2026 Spring HR Roundtable in New Orleans delivered exactly what we love most about this community—strong attendance, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable experiences with both members and vendor partners bringing incredible energy all week long.

We kicked things off with a warm welcome, great networking, and a strong lineup of sessions—from Catilize Health and The Orientation Company to engaging member discussions and a dynamic RBP Fireside Chat. The excitement continued with the launch of the new Roundtable App, adding even more ways for our community to stay connected beyond the event.

In true Roundtable fashion, we also took time to give back, supporting the Kinship Senior Center and reinforcing what makes this group so special—connection with purpose.

But let’s talk about the highlight…

The NOLA Culinary Experience was an ABSOLUTE standout.
WOW—what an incredible night! From laughter to a little friendly competition, it turns out we’ve been surrounded by hidden Creole chefs all along!!
