Dallas 2023 Roundtable Recap

During our March 2023 Roundtable we added a little flair and some formal branding for our group! We launched a new Logo, website and our Exclusive Best-In-Class Members Only App! Members had the option to get a new headshot provided by our team and walked away with a soft, embroidered logo blanket to celebrate our branding.  Our members enjoyed the Hotel ZaZa boutique hotel in Dallas which exceeded everyone expectations with its swanky décor, fun themed spaces, and out of this world delicious food and drink. Our sponsors spoiled the group with fun outings to attend at Top Golf, Nic & Sam’s Steakhouse, and Ocean Prime Restaurant – so many great choices too little time!

We celebrated members successes with our Member Spotlight on Dione Motal for ten years of dedication to our Roundtable! We celebrated member Michelle Livingston McKey on her recent January 2023 Wedding!! The group was happy to see one another and catch up and meet some new members we welcome this Spring!

We covered topics such as Healthcare Options, Virtual Medicine, PBM Transparency, Lowering the Cost of Prescription Medicines, and Customized Benefits App Creation. We also dove into discussions around our current challenges and shared creative solutions that worked and some that didn’t work and next steps we plan to pursue.  Wrapping our discussions up with talent acquisition and retention along with staffing options. Coaching Trends, and HR Structure and Operational Effectiveness.
