October 2022 Roundtable Recap

Our return to in-person Roundtable Meetings in October 2022 was a huge success! Members were excited to be able to connect and see one another again after the pandemic. As the pandemic years brought many new challenges to the Human Resource world we had much to discuss! We covered topics such as Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategies, Retention & Culture, Staffing & Scheduling,    and How to Effectively Use International Healthcare Staffing to Supplement the Nursing Shortage which were top of mind pressing issues for many members.

We also dove into  Solving Major Healthcare Workforce Management Challenges with a Cloud-Delivered Software Suite, HR Advisory Services & Lower Cost Employee Healthcare, and Voluntary Employee Benefits.  Wrapping our discussions up with Leadership Development, Coaching Trends, and HR Structure and Operational Effectiveness.
